Located at 5203 Allentown Pike, Temple, PA 19560, Temple Family Dentistry operates as a dentist serving Temple in Pennsylvania. Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. The most common schedule is 8:30 amโ€“5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (610) 929-4252. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is derosadentistry.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 43 reviews, which is a strong result for a dentist in Temple and suggests consistent service.

Temple is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Temple follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If you want a dentist who actually listens to you; X-rays and reviews every tooth in your mouth with you and tells you the status of them- Dr. Dan is your dentist. Riky and Deb are extremely friendly and explain all procedures and billing processes. They work with you. My family has found our forever dentist! Terry Reichert

Great experience from start to finish! This is my first time at the office and I have found my new forever dentist! Dr. Dan is the man! Rikki (sp?) is a great hygenist who makes you feel comfortable and the office staff is very personable. No pain, no pressure to spend 8 zillion dollars on my teeth for no reason and I received advice on keeping my teeth that I never have gotten in my 47 years of life. Thank you so much! See you in 6 months!!

Temple Family Dentistry truly lives up to its name - they make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door! Debbie is so sweet and greets you with a smile right away. Riky is absolutely wonderful to talk to! She made the whole environment feel comfortable and really helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Dan is phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Simply the best dental experience Iโ€™ve ever had!

I have been looking for a new dentist for quite some time. This office came highly recommended and I made a new patient appointment through their website. It was scheduled a month away from when I made it. Online, you choose the date you want, and the time. From there you are prompted to enter all of your info including insurance information and policy numbers. I received multiple confirmations and reminders through text and email. When I got there, I was told they tried to call me multiple times on multiple days to get my insurance information. I showed them my phone, and there was not 1 call from their office on either day, and no voicemail. I told them I had entered all of that on their website, but they had no idea where any of that info went. I have 2 dental insurances, both of which are listed in network on their website, and they did not take either one. I understand that it is stated clearly on the website to check with them to make sure specific policies are accepted, which I figured I did when I entered in the names and policy numbers. I thought I would be contacted if there were any issues. The person I spoke with did apologize multiple times, and not long after I left,
